Broncos sign France star Pelissier

London Broncos have brought in France international Eloi Pelissier on a short-term contract from Lezignan.

The 27-year-old has extensive Super League experience playing for Catalans Dragons between 2011 and 2016 and is moving to England after a spell at Lezignan, who he joined from Leigh last year.

Broncos coach Danny Ward is hoping to lead his side into the Super 8 qualifiers in the Championship this season as they seek to win a place in the Betfred Super League and he believes prop Pelissier is a good addition to his squad.

Ward said: "We are delighted to have Eloi joining us at the Broncos heading into the final third of the season.

"He has a lot of Super League experience in England and we hope he will bring a lot of qualities to the group."
