Hull FC duo join KR on loan
Hull FC forwards Dean Hadley and Jez Litten have completed loan moves to Hull KR ahead of permanent transfers at the end of the year.
Versatile back-rower Hadley had made nearly 100 appearances during his time with the Airlie Birds, but he saw his game-time restricted this season and he spent part of the current campaign on loan at Doncaster.
"It's been quite a frustrating year for me really," the 26-year-old admitted. "On the back of the last couple of years I felt like I'd improved on loan at Wakefield and I'd come back to Hull and started playing well in 2018.
"But this year hasn't gone to plan. However, I see this as a great opportunity at Hull KR with so much still to play for in our season."
Hooker Litten has also spent time with Doncaster and he says the chance to move to KR was one he could not turn down.
"I've been playing at Doncaster over the last few weeks and the opportunity to join Hull KR would have been silly to pass up on," Litten said. "I'm really looking forward to getting some first-team experience."
Both players will spend the rest of the season on loan at KCOM Craven Park, but they have also penned three-year contracts that will come into effect from the start of next season.
