Hull KR boosted as key men return
Hull KR should have a strong squad available for the Good Friday derby clash against Hull FC, coach Tim Sheens has revealed.
Rovers have had it tough on the injury front in recent weeks, and although some key players remain on the sidelines, some have returned to boost numbers.
Hull KR face a busy Easter period with Warrington Wolves set to visit on Monday, but Sheens is feeling a lot better about the players he has available.
"I'd obviously love to have Adam Quinlan back, Mose (Masoe) and people like that playing but based on training today we've got a pretty solid squad," said Sheens.
"I'm happier than I was three weeks ago when we were falling apart. (Mitch) Garbutt, (Shaun) Lunt, young (Will) Oakes and (Junior) Vaivai, who was ill, should be fit.
"(Lee) Jewitt has some chance but again it's a bit early in the week and I never make too many presumptions.
"We're training again tomorrow and I'll have a much better idea obviously at captain's run the day before the game."
