Hull KR raid Toronto for Rawsthorne
Toronto Wolfpack's Nick Rawsthorne is reportedly set to pen a two-year contract with Hull KR from the 2020 Super League season.
The Robins have wasted no time in recruiting for the new Super League campaign, having agreed moves for Jez Litten, Dean Hadley and Jordan Abdull.
The trio have links with rivals Hull FC and that trend will continue with versatile back Rawnsthorne coming in from Toronto, where he has now scored 27 tries in 34 games since joining from the Black and Whites ahead of the 2018 Championship season.
The 23-year-old barely featured for Hull as he spent time on loan with York or Doncaster on a dual-registration.
The deal has yet to be confirmed by the Robins, but Rawnsthorne is expected to be the next arrival at the club as coach Tony Smith makes plans for the future.
