Hull life suits Langtree
Hull FC signing Danny Langtree is already feeling settled in his new surroundings ahead of the new season.
The 27-year-old forward has made the step up to Airlie Birds after impressing in both League One and the Championship with Oldham.
Having had his first taste of pre-season training with the rest of his Hull FC team-mates, Langtree feels he is already settling in well in his new environment.
“I’m living out in Brough - there’s a few of the lads who live out that way so it’s good to get close with those. I’ve been car-sharing with a few of those and they’ve all been sound, which is really nice,” he told the club’s official website.
“Everything is going good at the moment, so I’m really happy with the way things are panning out.
“It’s been challenging, especially the first week. That was really tough and my body was in bits. But I’m starting to get used to it now and I’m really enjoying it.”
Hull FC begin their Super League campaign against arch rivals Hull KR on February 1.
