Keinhorst concern for Hull KR
Hull KR coach Tony Smith hopes to have a few players back for the crucial clash with Salford but Jimmy Keinhorst may miss out.
Hull KR take on the Red Devils on Friday night knowing a win will ensure they are playing in the Super League next season, while a defeat could see them finish bottom of the standings depending on how London Broncos fare at Wakefield.
Head coach Smith hopes Adam Quinlan [adductor], George Lawler [shoulder] and Kane Linnett [ribs] will be available after they missed the defeat to London last time out.
However, Keinhorst sustained a head injury in the loss to the Broncos and Smith doesn't think he will be involved on Friday.
He told Hull Live: "Quinlan is a possibility for this week. Linnett is a possibility and Lawler is a possibility. We'll have a better idea on all three of those players on Wednesday.
"Keinhorst is unlikely but we'll check him out as the week goes on. He's allowed to play if he passes all the tests, so he's a possibility, but he's probably still feeling some of the effects of it."
