Leeds star backs Agar
Leeds forward Ava Seumanufagai hopes interim coach Richard Agar is handed the role on a permanent basis.
Agar took charge of the Rhinos following David Furner's sacking in May and guided the club to Betfred Super League safety.
Leeds have called a press conference for Monday and are expected to announce their next permanent head coach.
It has been widely reported that Leeds will confirm Agar as their new boss, and Seumanufagai says he has the full backing of the squad.
"Rich has done a great job for us and I am sure myself and all the other boys will back him," said Seumanufagai, as reported by the Pontefract and Castleford Express.
"I would say he is popular with the players, but he is able to have tough conversations with people and that's what you need. He brings that which is great. We are heading in the right direction and we'll just keep building for next year. I think we will have a great team next year."
