Robins hit by another injury blow
Hull KR new boy Dean Hadley has suffered a calf injury in training and faces up to six weeks on the sidelines.
The second-rower swapped Hull FC for city rivals the Robins ahead of the 2020 campaign but his pre-season preparations have now been hit by injury.
Hadley is expected to be out of action for between four and six weeks so he should be fit for the start of the new season, and he could potentially be involved in their first pre-season friendly against Wakefield Trinity.
KR have suffered a number of injury problems in the build up to the new season as half-back Joe Keyes has a foot issue, Anesu Mudoti has an arm injury and new signing Jamie Ellis had a knee problem prior to his arrival.
Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Matt Parcell, Mitch Garbutt and Nick Rawsthorne are all recovering from respective operations.
