Tigers response expected by Powell
Daryl Powell will demand a response from his Castleford Tigers players when they face champions Wigan on Friday.
After two successive defeats in the Super League, Powell will be looking for more from his side although he was happy with his side's second-half performance last week.
The Tigers were well beaten in their last home run-out by a St Helens side who have a 100 per cent record in the competition this year, while they also lost the first televised Golden Point match last weekend at Headingley as Leeds pipped them in extra-time.
Powell has made four changes to the team that lost to Leeds. Paul McShane starts a three-match ban, while Tuoyo Egodo and Jacques O'Neill are among those to come in.
He said: "I thought we were pretty good in the second half last week but if you lose a half-back in your team run it makes life difficult for you, and that's what happened to us last week.
"We need to play a slightly different way. How we shaped up last week was pretty successful for us. We had a pretty good second half, so we will shape up with something similar."
