Wolves star pens new deal

25th April 2019, 13:42 by Nick Harris

Hooker Daryl Clark has given Warrington Wolves a major boost with the news he has signed a new deal with the club.

The former Man of Steel is a key member of the side, which currently sits in second place in the Betfred Super League table, and he's regarded as one of the best hookers in the game.

Clark is delighted to get the deal over the line and he has now extended his stay at Warrington until the end of the 2023 season.

He told Total RL: "I'm really happy to have my future sorted. I think this club is striving to be the best; you just have to look at the signings made over the last couple of years to see that. I feel that the club and team are going places and I am happy to be a part of that for years to come.

"We are building something special here."
