Dragons urged to up game by Jackman

14th September 2018, 14:17 by Gareth Freeman

Dragons coach Bernard Jackman says his side will have to be on top form to down champions Leinster in the Pro14 on Saturday.

The Welsh side overcame Southern Kings 27-22 in their last outing but Jackman was far from satisfied with the performance.

"Leinster are a quality side and we know we will have to put in a good performance to win," the coach told reporters.

"Last year the group would have celebrated any win. But this group has a different objective and see themselves as potentially being better than that.

"We were disappointed with a lot of the aspects of our game against the Kings and the best place to fix them is out on the field."

Jackman has made three changes to his side for the trip to Dublin as Nic Cudd, Lloyd Fairbrother and Adam Warren come into the starting line-up.
