Vunipola relieved to be back for England
Mako Vunipola has declared he is fit, raring to go and looking forward to returning to the England side against Ireland.
The prop's hopes of playing in the Rugby World Cup suffered a huge scare when he picked up a hamstring tear as Saracens won the Champions Cup back in May.
The 28-year-old had to undergo surgery to fix the problem and he will complete his comeback when England take on Ireland in the World Cup warm-up against the Irish.
Vunipola is relieved to be back and says he will never take his fitness and place in the side for granted.
"I have been very excited the last two weeks watching the boys play and now I just want to get out there and help them play rugby," he told BBC Sport.
"I am excited if I do get the chance to be out there and experience it all once again.
"You take things for granted when you are a bit younger. I remember before the last Rugby World Cup thinking I would have loads more of these; this has changed my mindset, realising it could all be taken away."
