Warriors allay Duncan concerns
Coach Rory Duncan is set to see out the last year of his contract with Worcester Warriors, director of rugby Alan Solomons has said.
Speculation has been rife linking Duncan with a return to South Africa after it emerged he was a candidate for the vacant position with Southern Kings.
It has also been suggested he has been interviewed for the position, but Solomons has moved to assure fans he is going nowhere for now.
"Rory is here and has been here right through pre-season," Solomons said. "He is contracted until the end of the season so it's business as usual.
"He is working his socks off, like everybody else is, to ensure that we have the best season we can."
But Solomons was reluctant to answer any more questions on the matter.
"I can't take it further than what I've said," said Solomons who recently penned a new deal that expires in the summer of 2022.
"Rory is contracted. He is here and is working really hard. We are all determined, Rory included, to do as well as we can this season."
