Hayes wants every point on offer
Jonny Hayes says Celtic are intent on ending the season in perfect fashion and winning all of their remaining league games.
The Bhoys picked up a crucial 2-1 victory against Old Firm rivals Rangers on Sunday to move 13 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership and an eighth straight league title is now within touching distance.
Just seven games are left in the regular season and Republic of Ireland international Hayes, who started the win over the Gers, wants Celtic to take the maximum 21 points on offer.
Neil Lennon's men travel to relegation-threatened St Mirren on Wednesday evening and Hayes is hoping the team can rack up a 24th league win of the campaign.
"We have seven league games left and securing maximum points is the target," he said in this week's Celtic View. "It might not happen, but it's what we aim for, what we strive for.
"We'll recover and then prepare for the next game, which is always the most important one."
