Hoops close in on deal

Celtic are set to land their first January transfer target which is St Mirren midfielder Lewis Morgan.

The Hoops are set to complete a £300,000 deal to bring the player to the club once the SPFL resumes after the Christmas and New Year break, although fans will have to wait until next season before they see him in a Celtic shirt.

Boss Brendan Rodgers is set to loan him straight back to the Championship leaders until the end of the season as part of the terms of his move.
