Weah set to link up with Celtic in Dubai
Celtic have completed a deal to sign teenage striker Timothy Weah on a six-month loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
The son of Liberian president George Weah will follow in the footsteps of ex-PSG striker Odsonne Edouard to Glasgow but, unlike in the deal for the Frenchman, there is no option to buy Weah included this time.
The American striker will fly out to Dubai to join up with his new team-mates on Tuesday morning and could make his debut against Aidreonians in the Scottish Cup on January 19.
RMC Sport claim Celtic beat a host of Ligue 1 clubs to Weah's signature with Strasbourg, Amiens and Rennes all said to have been keen.
He has scored one Ligue 1 goal in two appearances this season and has mainly been playing for the reserves, where he has scored two goals.
