Haggas reveals plan for Oaks hope
Born With Pride is set to be given her chance in Kempton's Classic trial next month, ahead of a potential tilt at the Investec Oaks.
Born With Pride was able to win on her only start last year, overcoming Peaceful by a neck to claim the British Stallion Studs EBF Montrose Fillies Stakes at Newmarket in November.
Although nothing has been confirmed, Haggas has now revealed he has a target in mind ahead of the Oaks at the start of July, for which she is generally a second favourite behind Quadrilateral.
Haggas has ear-marked the Classic Trial at Kempton, rescheduled for June 8, as the potential return to action of Born With Pride, although he has yet to finalise his plans with the owners.
Speaking to Luck on Sunday, Haggas said: "I haven't spokem to Mrs Tsui yet but I'm looking to run Born With Pride in the Classic Trial.
"She's very well-bred and a strong galloper. She's always shown a bit at home and looked good at Newmarket."
