Race hots up for Wolves target
Luca Connell is hoping to get his future sorted as soon as possible as a host of clubs, including Wolves, chase the Bolton midfielder.
The 18-year-old has caught the eye after breaking into the Bolton first team this season and a move looks to be on the cards after the Trotters were relegated to League 1.
They have also been placed in administration and despite securing Connell to another year on his contract, it is unlikely to change anything regards his future.
It means Bolton will be able to hold out for more cash as the race hots up for his signature.
Connell has just been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad and hopes to know where he stands when he returns.
Wolves are keen but face strong competition as the likes of Tottenham, Leeds and Rangers are also interested.
"I don't know, I'm leaving that down to my agent," Connell said when quizzed about his future. "Hopefully he's sorting that out while I'm away, seeing what's about and what he thinks is best for me."
